In his spare time, Dr. Hubbard continues to pursue his long-standing passion for martial arts and combat sports, competing and coaching multiple styles at multiple levels. More recently, he has also become involved in fitness athlete sports, including Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit, and has become certified as a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Given his varied background as a personal trainer, coach, and physical therapist, Dr. Hubbard offers a wide range of expertise to help individuals meet their movement goals.
